What are the tent campsite T&Cs?

Fleadh Cheoil Tent Campsites
(Ormeau Park)
Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions, together with the Fleadh Cheoil Campsites Terms and Conditions, collectively form the Terms and Conditions that apply to you during your stay at Fleadh Cheoil Tent Campsites in 2026. Terms & Conditions may be updated from time to time. Please check the latest version before travelling to the campsite.

The Booking

For purposes of clarity, a ‘tent’ means a standard self contained, free-standing tent that does not require additional structures. Trailer tents are not permitted within any of our campsites.

Your tent must be large enough to accommodate everyone in your group and all of their things. If you want to bring more than one tent, you must buy additional camping packages.

Parking is available as a premium product for tent campers only, and for this reason can only be purchased at the checkout when also purchasing a tent camping package. If you require parking, make sure you plan ahead and book it at the same time you book your camping package, you will not be able to do it later.

Should onsite parking sell out, additional offsite parking may be made available. Offsite parking includes a regular shuttle bus to and from the campsites.

If you purchase any parking, the space is yours for the duration of your stay. The enforced maximum speed limit on site is 10mph (16km/h). Drive carefully and mind pedestrians at all times.

The Campsite

To allow people to get a good night’s sleep it may be necessary to turn off campsite generators between 1am and 6am.

As well as carparks, there are Pick Up / Drop Off (PUDO) areas located adjacent to the campsites. If you do not buy parking, then this is where you should head for the closest access to the campsites.

The Need to Knows

A ‘yellow & red card’ system will be in use to enforce timely check-outs both in the campsites and in the carparks. Vehicles remaining in the carparks longer than their booking allows are subject to towing

This system will also be used in the PUDO areas. With a maximum stay of 10 minutes, before a yellow card is issued, vehicles that still remain in PUDO after 20 minutes are subject to towing.

For fire safety reasons, smoking is not permitted inside tents. Please do this outside.

You must not use any of the following inside a tent at any time…

  • Matches
  • Lighters
  • Ignitable tobacco or other herbs (for instance, smoke cleansing)
  • Candles
  • BBQs
  • Stoves of any description
  • Campfires

The campsites feature food traders, and dedicated BBQ areas will be provided if you want to do some cooking.

No portable generators are permitted.

No portable gas bottles, canisters or similar are permitted.
