All children are issued with a wristband when they arrive, which is linked to the contact details of their accompanying adult when you check-in. If they get separated from your group at any point, our team can identify them and get in touch with you to reunite you as quickly as possible.
Alongside our steward and event support team, we have a dedicated safeguarding lead on duty around the clock, who will be there to support you and prioritise the safety and welfare of all attendees.
Children must be supervised at all times within the campsite. Any child found on their own will be looked after at the campsite welfare hub until their adult arrives. We verify reunion using the coded details on the wristband, so it’s very important you make sure those details are correct when you check-in. If their wristband gets damaged, bring them and the wristband to a staff member and it will be replaced.
We want families to enjoy the Fleadh with complete peace of mind. If you have any concerns during your stay, please reach out to one of our members of staff on site.
